Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay Exceptional Hospitality with a Breath-taking Andaman Sea view. This was my fifth stay at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay, and it continues to impress in every way. The views of the Andaman Sea and Patong Beach are amazing ! The sunsets off the restaurant are absolutely beautiful. With this beauty all around what makes everything so special is the warm friendly, and outstanding staff. This trip I traveled with a good friend who was here for the first time. He had just had knee replacement surgery prior to our trip, and the team went above and beyond to ensure his comfort providing a chair for the shower and a daily bucket of ice so he could care for his knee. From the moment we arrived Khun Ary greeted us warmly, remembered me from my previous visits, and made us feel right at home. The HandiGo App made our stay seamless. Allowing us to easily book shuttles to Central Patong, order room service, and reserve special dinners with quick responses. We also enjoyed several memorable activities. We were able to tour the Wyndham Orchard where they grow a lot of the herbs and chickens. Afternoon tea, which was absolutely amazing. The high light for me was a private hands on cooking class with Executive Thai Master Chef Khun Ole, who was patient, talented, and made the experience truly memorable. Dining at Latitude 98 restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of international and Thai dishes. The lunch and dinner menu’s had something for everyone to enjoy. A heart felt thank you to the incredible team that also made us feel welcomed and comfortable. It felt like home. My deepest thanks to the amazing team- Khun Erng, Khun Bank, Khun Ploy, Khun Toey, Khun Ary, Khun First, Supervisor Khun Sue, Manager Khun Ake, Manager Khun Neng, and a special thank you to Chef Micha for all their special hospitality. We were also touched by Housekeeping Manager Khun Na, who welcomed us with a beautiful flower petal decorations in our room. Kimchi, the best shuttle driver ever. Always punctual, friendly and accommodating to my friend who needed to sit in the front seat. A very special appreciation to Khun POND (Pond Duangporn Pornsakunsak), an exceptional Executive Secretary whose warmth and special personal touch made our experience very enjoyable. Last but not least Operational Manager Dominic Egger, whose leadership and dedication makes the resort truly special. I can’t wait to return to my home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, and attention to detail. The entire experience was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. A very special thank you to Osama, who deserves particular recognition for his exceptional hospitality. He was extremely polite, professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. His genuine kindness and positive attitude made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. His warm reception and willingness to assist with anything we needed made a big difference in our experience. Osama is a true example of an outstanding hotel employee, and we believe his efforts deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Employees like him are what make guests want to return.
