A bit dated but good value for money
Great location and team, nice facilities front desk and team of breakfast absolutely amazing. overall cleanness to be improved. rooms dated but functional.

Fantastic for families
This is an excellent resort for families. The breakfast buffet has Asian and western options with excellent hospitality (thanks Keow, Supit, and Oat). There are four pools in total (one is private for pool access rooms only) with waterslides for little kids, big kids and adults alike. 2 x Swim up pool bars with great cocktail and smoothie options. There is a kids club though I didn’t use it so won’t comment, there is also a small playground for the little ones. Rooms have recently been renovated and are kept very clean. Beds are firm mattresses with options for bed topper for those who prefer a softer bed. Pool access rooms are great with your own private slice of pool to escape the crowds. Hotel is in a great location close to Karon beach, great restaurants, massage places, smoothie, ice cream, and pancake stalls. Manager (Nancy) is lovely and saw to all our needs - staff overall are great and add a personalised touch with genuine warmth. This resort is for families so is not really good for couples who are seeking a quiet resort. If you want no kids, recommend Beyond Karon which is part of the same hotel chain. Overall this resort is great price and loads for kids to do

Awesome hotel for family
We spent good days here amazing memory my kids love it here great place for vacation with family good environment Sami staff was very good with providing us help and information all the staff shoukd be appreciated for their friendliness always smiling and greeting

Very good hotel near to beach and 7-11 perfect location to spend the day we spend many time in the pool and slides it was very fun and sunset time look so beautiful with great view netty and Sami helped us to get perfect view from the room thank you for making my vacation amazing
