What a stay!
We had an amazing stay at Malissa Pool Villa. The service and hospitality were exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared with great care. The villa was absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offered complete privacy for a truly relaxing getaway.
Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. During our stay, we also enjoyed the Thai tea class and the morning trek with the team, which made the experience even more special.
A heartfelt thank you to the Malissa team for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Your warm hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Malisa Villa Suites. The resort is peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature, and the perfect place to truly relax. There were so many wonderful activities to enjoy, from jungle trekking and ice baths to spa treatments, and ending the day with a beach picnic was simply magical. Everything was so well thought out. The food was delicious, and most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. This is without a doubt our favorite place to stay in Phuket, and we can’t wait to come back! 🤍

Beautiful Villas
We booked Marisa Villas last minute after a previously booked holiday was cancelled due to the Iranian War.
When we arrived at the villas, check in was very easy. We were transported to our Villa by buggy. It was amazing to see the beautiful pool with waterfall when we walked through the door. The indoor area was huge but the largest area was the kitchen/lounge area. The pool was a decent size and the temperature pleasant.
The Villa was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Generally there were three cleaners and a pool boy. In the evening there was a turndown service. Curtains and mosquito nets were closed, a good spray of insect repellent was applied in the kitchen area and by the pool. They also lit mosquito coils.
Breakfasts were cooked to order and very good however, best not be in a rush. If the restaurant was busy, it could take a while for food to arrive.
The air conditioning was very effective and quite quiet. Beds super comfy. The hair dryer was one of the best I have ever had whilst on holiday.
Most of the clientele whilst we were there were young Chinese and they tended to stay only 2 / 3 nights. They could be quite noisy in the evenings but generally the noise didn’t go on too late.
There were plenty restaurants, shops and massage salons close by although most restaurants seemed to close quite early.
We loved the Villa but Kata itself was not for us.

Perfect Private Pool Villa Getaway in Kata
Stayed at Malisa Villa Suites in Kata and honestly had such a relaxing time. The private pool villa felt super peaceful and secluded, perfect for slowing down and enjoying Phuket properly. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a tropical vibe.
The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive throughout the stay, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. Location-wise, it’s also really convenient — just a short walk to Kata Beach, cafes, restaurants, and massage shops.
Perfect spot for couples or anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Phuket. Would definitely come back again!
