Our second stay here, and we are just as impressed as the first time Even though it was a short stay, every department provided excellent service from the warm welcome at the front desk, to the wonderful dining experience, and the housekeeping team who keeps our room spotlessly clean.But the absolute highlight of our trip remains Korn from kids zone He is incredibly talented and truly has a hospitality soul. Great tour and great stay
We used the tour desk at the JW Marriot during our stay to help us plan some excursions and Bibi the tour specialist suggested some amazing tours. We did the day trip to Phi Phi islands which was amazing and then she put together a private catamaran trip around Phang Nga bay for my friends birthday which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. Thanks for making our tours so wonderful and knowing your stuff Bibi. Our stay at the hotel has also been amazing, the staff have surpasses all expectations of service and continue to wow us everyday. Thank you 🙏

Dreamy Phuket Getaway
Great place to get away from it all. Location is outside of downtown Phuket but it has a great little mall that is within walking distance with everything you need.
Great atmosphere with space for families and couples. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and quiet. Beds are firm but comfortable!
The service was next to none with the house keeping staff going over and above regularly!
Bibi at the tour desk was beyond helpful and helped us arrange two tours that were out of this world! Thank you Bibi for making this trip even more memorable!!!
Amazing fantastic
The resort is lush and beautiful the rooms are spacious and clean and the location on Mai Khao Beach is quiet and excellent. However the best part of all is the exceptional service from the entire staff. In particular Korn!!! is truly the crown jewel of this resort. He is highly professional and has a wonderful way of welcoming children making them feel happy engaged and part of the experience. He is the main reason our family looks forward to returning
