Amazing resort ♥️
Another amazing vacation at the JW Marriott Phuket. The service, the food, atmosphere absolutely amazing!!!! Everything top tier service we can’t thank enough the people that makes the hotel amazing from all the chefs in all the restaurants the people Lek, Wan, Tip, Molly, Beer, Fai, Kate, Jae, Mai, Golf, Love, Peach,Cream, Amy, Marn, Korn always warm energy, Mr Kitty and fitness team, each and everyone at this resort ♥️They are the best.EVERYONE!!!!
Relaxing vacation
I first visited the JW marriot resort in 2022. As i arrived the staff and team at JW greet you and take care of you instantly. From offering you drinks, guiding you to the room to any type of help you will need they are there, the views are absolutely phenomenal, it's a huge resort with plenty of space and greenery that you can enjoy. Lots of activities you can do with your family, because of this top service and wonderful resort i've re-visited this exact property 3 times after. It wasn't because it was just a relaxing place that instantly felt like home, But because of the staff and team that take care of you and make you feel comfortable in this resort. One staff memeber who i've interacted with over the years is "Korn" recreation. Young man who has the purest heart. He is handling the games section. He treats everyone so kindly and always willing to play with us after a long day of work he never says no. He is a very sweet man and amazing with us. A passionate man that loves his job is the best example i can give. I hope the JW Managment as well as the MVC give this man great things because he deserves it. Other than that, I recommended everyone who is looking for a getaway vacation to come spend it here in the JW marriot. It's far away from all the busy areas and great from relaxing and spending time with your family
Best hotel in Phuket
Our time at this hotel has been amazing!! From the cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities, everything was truly memorable. Movie nights were our absolute favourite activity to look forward to. Huge shout out to Korn for the popcorn and being so kind and friendly our entire stay. He was a wonderful recreation staff. We will definitely return! Thanks so much to all the staff!

Everyone was really friendly and nice! The staff members (especially Korn ) and the house keeping were really helpful, kind, and funny, which made the stay extremely memorable and worthwhile. The location and the rooms were so amazing and clean! 100% recommend the whole experience. It was totally worth it and super relaxing. Thank you to everyone who made this vacation a good one!
