Naiyang Park Resort

I want to say that this hotel is the best of all, I was in 8 different hotels and this one was remembered by the staff, there was a situation where I forgot my bag and already at the airport in tears I called, they brought it and didn't even try to take the money, I don't remember the name, sorry (also Kyaw thu helped me, we just asked where we could buy pancakes because we couldn't find them anywhere and he specially came from the city to bring them to us, thank you all very much and the check-in department and the house kiping in the room was always clean!!!

I am deeply disappointed by the greed and lack of ethics at Naiyang Park Resort. Before leaving, I spent time tidying up the room—packing all trash, clearing every piece of tissue, putting used towels in the basket, and flattening the bed sheets out of respect for the staff. In return, the front desk fabricated a "lost towel" claim for pool towels left on the resort's own sunbeds. They used my upcoming flight connection to pressure me into paying 1,000 THB in cash without a receipt, refusing to check pool CCTV. I subsequently emailed the resort management seeking a fair explanation, but received zero response, further proving their lack of accountability. It is tragic that guests' goodwill and high standards are met with such pettiness and extortion. Avoid this resort if you value honest hospitality.

Nice hotel offering comfortable beds, nice bathroom with rain shower. Rooms are a bit noisy like entry doors slamming … this is a little downside. Beautiful swimming pool but a little high on chlorine for the eyes. Breakfast was ok and offered a good choice, croissants and other pastries not crispy. Bacon was tasteless. Very good coffee.
