Good Location, But Not the Best Stay
This was our first time staying at this hotel, and while the online photos looked good, the reality was that the property is quite dated. Our deluxe double room was large but old‑fashioned, with an unappealing view. There were no amenities, no towels when we checked -in. We asked for a room with a better view, but the hotel was full, which we understood.
The biggest issue was noise. Because our room was a connecting one, we had two nights of loud neighbours partying until 2am, making it very hard to sleep.
After mentioning this at breakfast, the front office supervisor Anne contacted us and offered a room change. Unfortunately, the new room was a downgrade : smaller, smelly, and with a noisy manual AC , so it didn’t solve the problem. The hotel does have positives: a great location near malls and Bangla Road , and breakfast with decent variety. However, after many visits to Phuket, I’m not sure I’d choose this hotel again.
