Muay Thai
My daughter and I had very good experience with learning Thai boxing, Instructor Mad and Su are knowledgeable and focused. The technique can help prevent and protecting yourself in many way . If you are here I recommend you sign up for session with them

Nice place on side of hill
I had a villa which in itself was fine with its own pool. The room is on the side of a hill and you need to get a golf cart to take you up to the lobby etc. Not good if you need a knee replacement like I do. The hotel obviously caters for customers from the Middle East which makes breakfast interesting. They even hide the bacon. The other issue with the room is the shower and toilet both open out to the bedroom, this is fine if youβre ok with each otherβs toilet habits.

Yoga Class
An amazing yoga experience with Coach Mad .. ! A special thank you to him for accommodating me for a private session. Doing yoga right in front of the stunning sea view was absolutely wonderful and relaxing .

Maui Thai
We did a Maui Thai class today and we really enjoyed it with Mad and Su. They were great instructors, highly recommend!!
