Fun amazing and tasty
Overall was great stay, all staff were really humble and kind and had amazing Indian food and many other dishes. The dosha was my favourite from Chef Abu :) highly recommend trying his food

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. So many amenities and classes. Our favourite was the morning breakfast. Chef Abu was amazing and loved his Indian food dishes the most

Absolutely wonderful people, amazing service, and such warm hospitality! ❤️ Highly recommended. The location is perfect—close to all amenities and everything you need. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be visiting Grand Mercure again! 🥰🌴 Highly recommended!
Overall fine stay
We were there for 2 nights, as a part of our vacation. The checkin was perfect. Pool villa is excellent, cleaning is top (though sometimes they forget to refill coffee capsules) Lounge is excellent and calm, offering refreshments and snacks through the day (no cocktail hour). Location is prime. Breakfast is tremendous with wide choice of quality food. (it was though better when we visited in 2014) Management is doing overall a great job keeping high quality standards and excellent hospitality levels at all time. Accor loyalty is well awarded such as welcome drink, room upgrade, lounge, checkin desk (though we had no welcome ammunities in the room) Restaurant overall offers quality food, burger was excellent (pizza needs much improvement). Sea food buffet dinner was overall good (though advertised lobster in the advertising pictures missing and we were furious that the offer contained complimentary soft drinks, but we were declined to have that because we are accor plus, i mean for 2 cans of 20 baht! it was very upsetting because we were punished for the loyalty or if you downgrade the package specifications to give us a discount is basically like giving a smaller discount on a cheaper package). Thanks anyways for the overall nice stay and we hope to see you again in another vacation
