An Exceptional Stay with Genuine Thai Hospitality
We had the pleasure of staying for 3 days and 2 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of service and warm hospitality throughout our stay.
Every member of the team was incredibly gracious, attentive, and welcoming. Their service felt sincere and personal, rather than simply professional, which made us feel truly valued as guests.
A special thank you to the lovely foreign gentleman who assisted us with our check-in. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the opportunity to ask for his name, but his warm welcome and attentive service made a wonderful first impression and set the tone for our stay.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Fah and the restaurant team (Breakfast) as well as every member of staff we encountered. Their genuine smiles, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made every interaction memorable.
We were especially touched by the beautiful room arrangements and the lovely handwritten notes prepared for us in both rooms. The thoughtful birthday cake and beautifully prepared honeymoon cake were wonderful surprises and added such a personal touch to our celebrations.
It is these little details, combined with genuine hospitality, that make a luxury stay truly special. We felt very well cared for throughout our visit, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciate the care and thoughtfulness shown to us and look forward to returning for another unforgettable experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Phuket, Thailand! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making every moment enjoyable.
