Lovely stay
Lovely Stay in the Heart of Patong
A lovely and comfortable stay at Mövenpick Patong. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to be close to the beach and everything Patong has to offer.
The team was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was pleasant. The resort itself can feel quite busy and crowded at times, so the atmosphere may not suit those looking for a quiet or secluded Phuket escape.
That said, for a lively Patong stay with a convenient location, good facilities and friendly service, it was an enjoyable experience.

World Class Hospitality
I can’t express how incredible my family’s stay was at this hotel. Every moment, every detail, and every meal exceeded our expectations. While the entire staff provided award-winning service, a few employees truly stood out.
First, Kam 😊. I lost my phone, and she went above and beyond to help me track it down. She contacted the taxi company, coordinated everything, and made sure it was returned to me. Beyond that, she gave us amazing recommendations for dinner, shopping, and local attractions. Every time she saw my family, she checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Next, Nana and Honey! They made our stay so much fun. Even when some guests were rude to them and refused to control their unruly children, they remained professional, gracious, and continued to provide exceptional service with a smile.
I’m not sure of the names of the bellmen and security staff, but they were equally outstanding. They ensured we crossed the street safely, welcomed us warmly, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we never had to touch our luggage.
Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome—they treated us like family. I have traveled to many places, but I have never experienced hospitality quite like this anywhere else in the world.
Thank you all for making our family’s stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

The location was near to everything in pa tong The atmosphere was good The way to go to your room was little far but it’s okay The noise was not to much but the rooms was not very sound cancellation The service was amazing and owen was very helpful and cheerful 🙏🏼

Amazing stay at movenpick
Very pleasant stay here at movenpick, kam at the reception was very helpful and kind, very easy and straightforward check in and check out, may at the massage was very professional and gave me a great massage, i really enjoyed the late nights chatting with my friends at the swimming pool, and the late night workouts in the gym, i definitely recommend visiting this hotel.
