A Wonderful Holiday
We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with just a short walk to both the town centre and the beach. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered beautiful views across the city.
The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the impressive three-level swimming pool and the stunning main lobby area, both of which provided great views over the bay and the city.
What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionist (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten), our housekeeper Lah, and the restaurant team: Tum, Kwang, Au, Nim, Gun, and Judy. They all went out of their way to make us feel relaxed, comfortable, and truly valued as guests.
The food in the restaurant was also very good, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic experience with great facilities, a perfect location, and outstanding staff. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Magic location with great green lanscape and facilities! Feels like yiu are part if nature. Great place, excellent people and service! Special thanks for therapists Karat and New for great massage services! We really enjoyed our stay in Novotel and will recommend it to others!
