We absolutely loved our stay at Quality Beach
We absolutely loved our stay at Quality Beach Resort! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by trees and greenery. Even though it is located on a busy and lively street in Patong, the hotel itself felt like a peaceful hidden sanctuary. We honestly felt like we were staying in a little oasis in the middle of the city.
The staff were absolutely wonderful β incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. We were especially touched by how caring and attentive everyone was towards our baby. Traveling with a young baby can sometimes be challenging, but the wonderful staff made us feel so comfortable and supported throughout our stay.
The atmosphere of the hotel is truly beautiful. It is amazing how you can be in the heart of busy Patong and still feel so peaceful and relaxed.
This was one of the best hotel experiences weβve had in Phuket. I can say with complete confidence that whenever we come back to Phuket, we will stay here again. Quality Beach Resort will definitely be our first choice! β€οΈ

Our stay at Quality Beach & Spa has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything about this hotel is amazingβthe rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, the location is excellent, and the facilities are well maintained.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
We mentioned that it was our sonβs birthday, and the team surprised us by beautifully decorating our room with a birthday setup. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought a huge smile to his face and created a memory our family will cherish forever. We were genuinely touched by the care and effort they put into making our stay so special.

Before I even arrived, I had accidentally made a mistake with my reservation. The team went above and beyond to help me by rearranging their availability and modifying my booking to perfectly fit my travel plans. That level of flexibility and customer service is something you donβt often find, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me.
Throughout my stay, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even organized activities for me, making my holiday completely stress-free.
The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, the swimming pool is beautiful, and the food was consistently delicious. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing while still being close to everything Patong has to offer.
In my opinion, this is the best value-for-money hotel in Patong. The quality of the service, the facilities, and the overall experience easily exceed the price.
