Thavorn Beach Village Phuket Resort and Spa

We stayed at thavorn for 3 nights.we booked 2 rooms also i requested for king bed in both of our rooms.However when we checked in the front office ladies were not so welcoming no smile,no attention to the guest.I mentioned to them about the king bed and one of the Front office lady promised me that both of our room had Kind bed.But when we went to room found out there were two twin beds instead of king bed.Most annoying part was the front office lady even dared to hang up the phone on me when i complained about the bed.After i called back again and told her why she hanged up on me she said that we can just join the two twin bed and make 1 king bed.How disrespectful and the Audacity to talk back and hang up the phone.Very poor service from Front office.I wish i knew her name but pls feel free to check the cctv of her and make sure she improves.It doesnt stop here.The water was really dirty cannot take shower properly and the room was really dusty and had strong painting smell that gave us headache.Breakfast was really really good.But the staffs are not properly trained.I was asked for my room number 3 times on my second day one at the restaurant’s reception and 2 times inside while we were eating.Same happened on my third day.It was really annoying.We were even asked to move to the other table in the middle of our meal since they needed the table for 6 but later when we check was two European guest sitting on the table.However, The service from Guest Relation Manager Lewis,Look man and Phu was Top notch.Lewis was so kind to us and offered us transfer to airport.And Phu thankyou so much for bringing us air freshener at 1:30 am mid night .It helped us a lot and painting smell from the room was totally gone.Big Shout out to Lewis,Look man, Phu and Pooh from Crocodile Bar.

Lovely location very nice management and staff who assisted with my extended stay. Made it all easy:) love the beachfront cottage so relaxing and welcoming.
