Excellent stay!
Our stay at Wyndham Sea Pearl was nothing short of amazing and truly exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Patong, yet because the hotel is set up on a hill, you feel completely removed from the hustle and chaos of the city. It offers a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind, while still being just minutes away from everything.
The room was exceptional. It was immaculate spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and beautifully designed. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which provided the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and luxury. One of the biggest highlights was the jacuzzi on our balcony, which made the experience feel even more special and indulgent. Itβs the kind of feature that really elevates your stay.
Another great feature of the hotel is the swimming pool setup. The pools are fantastic, and having access directly from your villa adds a unique and luxurious touch. It made everything feel very private and exclusive.
Breakfast each morning was a real highlight not only because of the wide variety and quality of the food, but especially because of the outstanding service. A special thank you to Miss Numfon and Miss Praew, who were both incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They are a true example of what excellent guest service means, and they made every morning start on a perfect note.
We also want to extend our gratitude to Levi Gilbee, the Operations Manager, who kindly assisted us with a small inconvenience during our stay. His professionalism and willingness to help made a big difference and showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction.
A lovely extra touch was the small honeymoon welcome the hotel organized for us. It was such a cute and thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel even more special and memorable.
Overall, Wyndham Sea Pearl is a hidden gem in Patong, combining convenience, peace, luxury, and exceptional service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket and would absolutely love to return again.
One of the best hotel in Patong
Overall it was great. The ambience of the whole resort was awesome and breathtaking. Its so peaceful. The food choices and buffet were also great.
Decent stay for the price, outstanding service, but needs urgent repairs.
would like to commend the staff for their exceptional and attentive service. However, the hotel itself is showing its age. Although the room was clean, there was noticeable wear and tear, such as damaged flooring and rust on the mirror handle. The swimming pool requires better upkeep as well, since the broken tiles pose a potential safety risk. On top of that, there was a very loud noise inside the room, likely from a water pump or the AC compressor. It was so extremely loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. Additionally, dining at the hotel restaurant required a very long wait, though the staff managed the situation well. Considering the budget-friendly price, it is still an acceptable option. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

To the great hotel ever!
Great experience and amazing hospitality. I would recommend to everyone whose in new in town. Must visit & experience the jacuzzi!
We had an amazing time, the quality of customer service we received was incredible. Itβs a 10/10 from us for everything.
We had a great stay, the staff were excellent, the restaurant was excellent, the spa was excellent, the food was great, and the customer experience was outstanding.
We really enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham Sea Pearl, we had a 3 bedroom villa which was located in the centre of the resort.
The room was beautiful, we had so much space for the three of us.
The Club Wyndham and Hotel staff couldnβt wait to help us with everything we needed and offer their excellent Thai hospitality.
We attended the restaurant several times for breakfast and dinner, the staff could not do enough for us, they were so sincere, polite and professional, the food was excellent.
The spa staff were also very friendly, polite and professional.
The offering of spa treatments was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our three hour spa treatments, facial, masssge and body scrub.
Duncan the VP and General Manager of the resort really went above and beyond and he has exceeded all of our expectations and requests, his customer service was outstanding.
His team are all working very hard to make the resort an outstanding destination for tourists.
We will definitely be back again, we were very happy with the trip, see you in 2028.
