Horrible , just horrible.
They certainly had no urgency and communication between teams
Baby cot requested upon checked in, when we got the room after 2hrs, no baby cot. Called for 2 toothbrushes. After we came back from the pool, no toothbrushes. Called 3 times to finally get it
After pool, we were about to have a shower There is no hot water. My babies had to wait in wet clothes. Engineer staff came but left the room and disappeared. We waited and had to give my kids shower with cold water. we waited another 30minutes and no one came back. I and my husband had to stand in wet clothes in the room waiting for them.
Baby cries, so I turned the TV on. TV is not working. Button does not work from screen. We tried to fix it but Setting is all in Russian. Hot air blows out AC not working When closing curtains, metal part from the ceiling fell down.
Then we called the front office. Your “so called” duty manager did not help, she had such rude attitude. I told her to come up to the room but she was not apologetic at all I waited 15minutes and no one came up.
Called Front again. Your staff said “oh did my duty manager said she would go up and see you?” Apparently she did not even move from the lobby to come to see us.
We had to come down to talk to you. They said they would move the room. I know that was probably the only option that they could give us but that was the last thing we wanted as my baby finally fell asleep and we had so much things unpacked in the room.
There was no one who came to pack for us. Only 1 bellboy who moved our stuff who was actually helpful.
Till now, there is no one who came up to actually talk and listen. This is just horrible Wasted of our time and ruined our holiday. Lucky we booked only 1 night.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit

An amazing family hotel in a tropical paradise
What an absolutely fantastic family hotel. The staff are so attentive, The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and offered a wide variety of different international dishes, so families from different continents can always find something that tastes like home (although their Thai dishes are even more amazing). My daughter loved the ice cream cafe, the kids club, and the swimming pools. My wife loved the spa, and she described her 1 hour massage as the best she's ever had (and she's been to a lot of spas). I loved Champions bar, and the poolside bar. We booked through Luxury Escapes, and the package from them was excellent. Our room (a suite) was great, with a spacious lounge, a modern bathroom and a fantastic bedroom with an enormous bed, and TVs in both rooms for those times you just need to chill. All the staff deserve immense praise, and the restaurant and bar staff particularly made us feel welcome and valued, especially the restaurant manager who really went the extra mile with our daughter. If you're coming to Phuket, stop at Holiday Inn Resort Surin Beach.

We had an amazing stay and celebrated our wedding anniversary at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. A heartfelt thank you to the Ms champi for helping make our anniversary so special and memorable. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and professional. A special appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their exceptional service. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained, and their attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you to everyone for your outstanding hospitality and for making our wedding anniversary celebration unforgettable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!
Great experience at our stay ! Karna was really loving and helpful towards my little ones.
We went to holiday inn surin phuket for our summer vacation holidays the kids loved it there, great play area and activities were organised for kids to be occupied through out our stay! The staff is realy helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. Specialy karna, the happy helper there at the kids play area. Kids loved spending time with her. For kids it's a fun place to be around.
