Stunning relaxation resort
A stunning resort defined by its immaculate, landscaped gardens creates an immediate sense of calm and beauty. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, with lush greenery and carefully maintained grounds that elevate the entire atmosphere.
The high standard of service reinforces that sense of quality, with staff who consistently deliver attentive and polished care, particularly Eleni at concierge. The abilty to dine at the nearby beach club and other affiliated resorts was welcoming. Together, the pristine surroundings and exceptional service make the resort feel refined, welcoming, and genuinely memorable.
Locality was probably the only negative. Being a little far from activity.

The best hotel ever!!
the best place ever! Many thanks to Pisit and your fantastic team! This hotel is so beautiful, clean and the food is delicious. We are visiting this hotel every year, since many many years. .. and we will come again. There is absolutely nothing left to be desired, the staff is incredibly accommodating and attentive. See you next year 🌹

Really nice family holiday here for our family of 5. We were repeating a 2023 stay and were glad we came back.
Service great (occasionally coffee at breakfast was slow but no big deal). The lagoon pool access rooms are superb. Love the Twin Palms. Love Surin Beach.
Wish the Govt had not cleaned the street food vendors and stalls off the beach and the beach waves are choppy in July but other than that, nigh on unimprovable.
10 Days at Twinpalms
We had an excellent time at Twinpalms for our honeymoon! The crew was fantastic, friendly and accomodating! The facilities, room, pool, and affiliated restaurants and clubs were great, and the package deal was of a great value! Definitely recommend!
