Quiet luxury
We stayed here as a family with three children under 11 and had a really enjoyable stay.
The duplex was the perfect size for our family, and the private pool was a huge hit with the kids. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, particularly Bank, who looked after us so well. He was incredibly helpful, attentive and understanding, and always went out of his way to accommodate our needs.
We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, and the complimentary fresh fruit during happy hour each afternoon was a lovely touch. The gym was also one of the best we’ve seen at a hotel, which was a real highlight for us.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything you might need and just a short drive from Kamala Beach, which we loved visiting for its local food and market stalls. While the resort isn’t directly on the beach, it’s only about a two-minute drive away, and there’s an hourly shuttle to the resort’s beach clubs, which also offer great food.
One thing worth considering is that the resort doesn’t have a kids’ club or organised children’s activities, so families looking for lots of entertainment for their little ones may want to look elsewhere. However, nanny services can be arranged if you need an extra pair of hands, which is a great option for families. I also wouldn’t necessarily describe the resort as quiet luxury, but we still found plenty to enjoy during our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The spacious accommodation, private pool, outstanding service, fantastic gym and convenient location made it a great choice for our family.

Staycation
Another great stay at Twinpalms. Have been staying here for 15 years and my favourite resort in Phuket . Staff are amazing . From the time you arrive to the time you depart . All very helpful. Recommend doing so big if the activities they offer. Excellent excursions ... Breakfast still good and they have the sparkly back and fresh juices are a favourite. Catch beach club and lazy coconut keep getting better. Can’t wait to return next year to the adults only treehouses . 🌴

Home away from home
As a repeater guest we love to come back to the hotel. It is still what it promises since many years.
We love the quiet location at Surin Beach. No direct Beach access, but within 150m walking to natural Surin Beach. Furthermore there are 2 fantastic beach clubs at Bangtao Beach that you reach by hotel shuttle.
The staff is amazing. Every single staff member made us feel at home. Especially the front office crew with Ms Wansa and all the other persons were so attentive and warmly welcoming and pampering us throughout the stay. The concierge/driver team around Din took care of us and were even worrying when we left the hotel with in heavy rain by motorbike. They would have picked us up at any time wherever we were. In addition to personal communication there is an app with chatfunction where you can adress any kind of wish/request/issue that was always handled right away.
The rooms are all pretty. We had a laguna room with direct access to kind of a private pool. We loved that a lot. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff is around 24hours a day and is even doing turndown, where you could request lots of extras.
Food is of high quality. Good variety on breakfast with lots of western but as well local/asian food options. Dinner at oriental spoon was cozy and tasty. Additionally there are several options to dine at the beach clubs, Wagyu Steakhouse etc and to go there by complimentary hotel shuttle.
During day we loved to spend time at catch beach club. The staff there is as well amazing.

It is my first time travel to Thailand, choosing Twinpalm surin resort is the best choice to us,the stuff are so friendly,everyone can choose different pillow materials to keep you have a good sleep ,I love more details like turndown service, choose flower,the flavor smells so good,home is cleaning,the plants in the hotel with the tradition Thai building in the looby looks so beautiful, our family having a good time in this hotel, thanks for everything especially the stuff Amad,thank you my friend!you solved many problems and taking good care of my family, we love you ,the hotel is so lucky to have this stuff❤️
