- Melia Vinpearl Da Nang Riverfront

This well-placed hotel in Da Nang boasts a prime location, offering easy access to a range of top attractions such as the Linh Ung Pagoda, Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Sanctuary, and the Hue Imperial Citadel. With the highest room capacity in the city, it is an ideal choice for accommodating large groups of guests.
Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront stands out with a distinctive view of the Han River, Dragon Bridge, and My Khe Beach. Situated in the heart of this vibrant city, the hotel features a spacious 420m2 outdoor pool, providing guests with the most stunning vistas in Da Nang, overlooking the Han River and offering a front-row seat to frequent fireworks displays.
The property boasts three on-site restaurants and a rooftop bar. Guests seeking relaxation can indulge in soothing massages at the Vincharm Spa after a busy day, and they can also enjoy free access to the fitness centre.
Each room at the hotel is thoughtfully appointed with a desk, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms, and some units even come with a balcony for added comfort.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
It’s very very nice and definitely recommend to others who are intending to stay in this area. Oanh was very nice and a great server at the breakfast buffet.

A disappointing experience below 5-star expectations
I stayed at Meliá Vinpearl Da Nang on Sunday, 12 July 2026, and unfortunately, the overall experience was far below my expectations for a 5-star hotel.
The hotel was extremely crowded, with many large tour groups, which made the common areas feel busy, noisy and less relaxing than expected. This significantly affected the overall stay experience.
The breakfast buffet was the most disappointing part. Due to the large number of guests, glasses and some food items were unavailable at times. Table coordination was also poorly managed: groups of two were seated at tables for six, while groups of three were placed at tables for two. For a 5-star hotel, having to queue for breakfast was not the level of experience I expected.
The luggage service was also very slow. It took more than an hour for my suitcase to be delivered to the room, and I had to call to remind the staff before it was finally brought up.
Overall, while the property itself may have good facilities, the operation during peak occupancy was not well managed. I hope the hotel can improve guest flow management, breakfast service and luggage handling to deliver an experience that better matches its 5-star positioning.
