A life time experience, this is one of the resorts that you should visit during your life time.
3rd time being in this premise, and was very impressed to see it was above "mainaining". Things were even managed better
Only draw back is that foods are pricy and quality doesnt justify the price but generally hotel experience was more than impressive.
All staffs are so professionally trained and you can feel this everywhere in the resort.
The Mr. Thang Ngyuen from citron dinner really made our day, from breakfast Mr. Khoa was so kind and attentive. Also another lady with glass, which I forgot her name(short middle height) was so friendly too. Mr. Hunter was also attentive
Mr. Hui bui who drove us with buggy was super kind and caring also Mr. Minh from bell team left good impression too.
And Mr Patrick who guided us the Summit, was a very memorable special experience too! wanna appreciate him so much.
Mr. Vu trang who helped us with checking in remembered from 2019 and was very touching.
Also during Aug 27th, around 3pm while I had to wait in long bar to get seated, I think I kinda misunderstood some other couple took our seat(which it wasn't) but the woman staff there was so kind explaining me the situation and also gave ice cream. And I forgot her name. She was very kind and professional
With IC danang you get really impressed seeing how all staffs are soooo well trained
정말 최고의 호텔입니다, 전세계 인터컨티넨탈 탑 3중 하나라고 하는데 자연에 아름답게 지어진 콜로니알 양식의 건물 디테일은 너무 놀랍고 그 규모도 진짜 방대해요.. 관리를 잘하는 수준을 넘어 오히려 전보다 발전하고 있고 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다

Great trip at ICDN
We have stayed at Danang intercontinental. The hotel was fabulous, the staff was so friendly, so warm and so helpful. The hospitality was just fantastic. And the lounge at da nang was very good. Our host Hien - airport manager was very friendly and very warm. Looking forward to visit again.
A hotel of the very highest order
A truly world class hotel. Every element of it, from the location, to the rooms, to the service, to the food, stacks up against the very best the hotel world has to offer, anywhere. It takes an awful lot to impress me these days, but I was seriously impressed! When I return to Vietnam, as I surely will, not including a stay here would be unthinkable.

Love this place!
We stayed in a 3 room villa and Mochi took care of our every need the entire time. I can’t say enough about how special we felt by all the employees at this resort. Everyone was so friendly, the food was excellent, the beach was amazing, the activities were perfect, the pools were gorgeous, and the food was out of this world. They had something for every taste bud. The architecture in this resort is stunning. We got to witness the monkeys, and they shuttled us by golf cart anywhere we wanted to go in this resort. Ask for Mochi! You will not be disappointed!
Warmly service
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel for a truly comforting and touching stay. When my girlfriend fell ill—suffering from dizziness and nausea to the point where she couldn't care for herself—the hotel manager, nurse, and staff provided us with exceptional care. Despite the heavy rain, they visited us multiple times to check on her condition and thoughtfully brought us plain congee and ginger tea. I am especially grateful to Ms. Đông Đông and Nurse Kim Nhat. When my girlfriend’s condition worsened the next morning, Ms. Đông Đông efficiently handled our checkout arrangements, coordinated internal hotel logistics, and arranged a taxi to the hospital. Nurse Kim Nhat accompanied us the entire way, offering constant comfort and encouragement. She also coordinated with the hotel's airport staff to secure us access to a priority security lane and personally pushed my girlfriend in a wheelchair for her medical examinations, allowing me to focus on handling payments and other necessary errands. This stay gave us a wonderful experience defined by warm, personalized service. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team! ^_^
