Lovely stay and excellent service!
I had a wonderful stay at Shilla Resort. The resort was beautiful, peaceful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Trang at the restaurant. She was so kind. Thank you, Trang, for your great service! I would definitely come back.

Amazing week
This is a great hotel with excellent quality food, great pools and clean safe beach. It is well located if you want to visit both Hoi An and Danang, which we did on numerous occasions (cost of a Grab is about $AUD 10 each way). However, it does feel a little isolated and would benefit from a small hotel shop that sold snacks and toiletries. The standouts at this hotel for me were 1. the fantastic breakfast (high quality and the broadest range I have ever seen encompassing Eastern and Western cuisines), 2. the great pool service (food, drinks, towels, flotation devices and supervision), and 3. staff who were all excellent, but special thanks to Dang who checked us in and out of the hotel and Tai who booked a number of tours and restaurants for us - nothing was too much trouble. We had a considerable amount of laundry done at the hotel which was not cheap, but everything came back clean, fresh and ironed - it was worth the money, especially since there is no local laundry close by. We were an elderly couple travelling alone, but what impressed me most about this hotel was their accommodation and welcome of small children. This would be an amazing hotel for an inter generational family holiday. Can hardly wait to have grand children so we can bring them back! The special food stations and pool areas (including a huge sandpit) made this place fun and special for toddlers. Staff provided excellent and patient service to families coping with broken glasses, thrown food, spilt drinks etc with grace and good humour, which made it pleasant for everyone. There are areas that are adults only but we thoroughly enjoyed watching the kids have fun. The spa is very professional and provide great services - make sure you book ahead as it is very popular, because it is so good. If you stay at this hotel make sure you have the mango danishes at breakfast (magnificent) and the amazing mango smoothies at the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this hotel.

I ate JJamBBong in Dining M! LY ‘s hospitality was soooo perfect i am so touched by her kindness. And the food was so delicious.
