We had a great stay overall
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. When we arrived and were waiting to check in, the hotel provided food and drinks, which made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. It was a really nice first impression. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Vietnam.

wonderful hotel with wonderful staff
The hotel is extremely showy and beautiful from the outside! The same can be experienced inside. Sophisticated, clean, modern. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, very friendly. We have been to many places, but we have not experienced this attention and kindness anywhere else. We will come back here! The buffet breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room has a wonderful panorama of the sea and the city. The rooms are well equipped. toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair cap, etc. There are many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes right near the hotel. The hotel's rooftop bar and pool also offer a wonderful panorama. I have to write again that the staff is very kind, friendly. They are extremely respectful!
Good experience
Suites room was so nice, scenery out of window was so beautiful with the beach and all but theres just an ongoing project next to out hotel but everything is good. Staff was professional and friendly
Nice and affordable
Great location and good value for money. It’s just a few steps from the beach, and there’s also a mini mart nearby, which is convenient if you forget any toiletries or just want to grab some snacks.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options, so even picky eaters should be able to find something they’ll enjoy.
The room layout is a bit unconventional and might not appeal to more particular travelers. Soundproofing could also use some improvement, as we could hear the cars outside at night, especially the emergency vehicles. We stayed on the 10th floor with a partial sea view, so the noise was still noticeable despite being quite high up.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always pleasant to deal with.
There’s also ongoing construction on the other side of the building, so something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise.
Overall, we had a fun and enjoyable stay. We mostly just used the hotel as a place to sleep and have breakfast, but for that purpose, it worked well for us.
