very disappointed ! dirty room ! Rude customer service
Customer service was absolutely terrible. When I received my room, it was extremely dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned at all—there was still urine on the toilet, and hair was scattered on the floor and around the sink.
When I spoke to the manager and reported the condition of the room, there was not even a single apology. The only thing the manager asked was whether I wanted to change rooms if another room was available. However, the hotel was very busy, and they did not even know whether another room was available.
I could not possibly stay in that room, especially since I had made my reservation in advance. The manager at the Voco hotel did not apologize or make any real effort to help. Instead, I was left to walk out of the hotel and find another place to stay.
My family, including my children, had to walk around looking for another hotel and ended up searching until the evening. It was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable.
When I requested a refund for my reservation, the hotel took more than a month to process it. After I followed up again after a month, they only refunded part of the amount. I then had to contact them again to ask about the remaining balance.
The customer service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. They clearly do not seem to care about their guests or about providing proper hospitality and service.
Very disappointing experience. If you are planning a trip, I strongly not recommend
Setting the bar high
This hotel sets the bar for all other hotels in the area. Upscale clean food was great and location location location!!!! Mia, Sora and Jaden made the process very easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! 💛

The lobby staff were incredibly helpful and warm throughout our stay. In particular, Henry, Linh, and Kelvin went above and beyond to make our trip smoother and more enjoyable — their friendly attitude and attentiveness really made a difference.
