Located merely a stone's throw away from the My Khe beach in Da Nang, Vietnam, is this modern property with cosy rooms. A lot of the rooms provide a view of the gorgeous azure blue waters of the sea, and the hotel also has a spa centre where you can spend some time just relaxing and taking in the experience. The 4-star property is located near the famous attraction, the Love Lock Bridge as well as the Cham Museum which displays sculptures. How about spending your evening watching the sunset from the glorious outdoor pool, before contacting your loved ones with the free WiFi? The hotel has an in house restaurant which would take you on a new and exciting culinary journey.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a good stay with good view. The only problem i encountered was the beach club noise near the hotel
Its good. It was nice. Near the beach. Its loud at night due to the nearby colombo beach club but if thats not a problem, then everything was good.
I would like to share my opinion about the Yarra Ocean Hotel. To start with, the hotel certainly does not meet European 4-star standards; at most, it is a 2-star establishment, and even that is a stretch. I booked a "Junior Suite" via email for two adults and two children. Upon arrival, it turned out to be a tiny, cramped room; the extra bed completely blocked the wardrobe, making it impossible to open. No one from the hotel staff informed me that the room I booked would be too small for a family of four. We lodged a complaint with the hotel manager; he reluctantly assigned us a larger room—though only after we had already spent three days in that cramped space—and it was clear they did so unwillingly. I thought that would be the end of the unpleasantness, but I was mistaken. I had booked a package that included massages. Before each treatment, you fill out a questionnaire indicating—with a pen—which areas you want massaged and which ones to avoid. I always specified the upper body (down to the waist), excluding the legs and feet, yet every single time, I received a full-body massage. What is the point of filling out a questionnaire if no one reads it and the massage is performed however the therapist decides? After lodging a complaint, I was offered a cup of tea—or tea with fruit—at the hotel next door; it was pathetic. On the plus side, there was a nice view from the room and the breakfasts were good, but those two positives aren't enough to justify booking a stay here. I wholeheartedly advise against staying at this hotel. I repeat: this is not a 4-star standard; please do not be misled by positive reviews. The attitude towards guests is very poor. I’d rather not comment on the manager, so as not to cause offense. I wholeheartedly advise against this hotel.
The location is really convenient, it close with almost everything you need, the staff is really friendly and the room is clean
Good hotel with great service 😇
