Wonderful stay with exceptional service, great location and beautiful ambience
We had a wonderful stay at Allegro Hoi An. What really stood out was the exceptional service from every member of staff — from reception and the bell team to the maintenance team and, of course, the GM, Andrew. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable and wonderfully quiet. The hotel has a lovely, peaceful ambience, and I particularly enjoyed the piano — it added such a beautiful touch to the atmosphere without making the hotel feel overly formal or busy.
The breakfast deserves a special mention. There was a delicious mix of Asian and Western options, with the selection changing daily, so we had the chance to try different local Vietnamese dishes throughout our stay. The fresh juices were excellent too, and everything felt fresh and top quality.
We also loved that bicycles were available for guests, making it easy to explore Hoi An. The happy hour was well worth it too — especially the mojitos!
One evening, our air-conditioning felt a little warm. We called reception and the maintenance team arrived within five minutes and had it fixed within about 15 minutes. That level of responsiveness really impressed us.
The hotel was never too busy, and the pool was clean and inviting. Overall, Allegro gave us exactly what we wanted — a spacious and peaceful room, beautiful ambience, excellent food and genuinely outstanding hospitality.
A special thank you to Andrew and the entire Allegro team — from reception to the bell staff and maintenance team — for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay at Allegro again on our next visit to Hoi An.
Best Ever Stay
Quite simply, this is my all time favourite hotel. Elegant but casual. Clean and cool with a stunning pool area and wonderful staff. Adjacent to the old town, markets and tailors, and a fun free shuttle ride away from the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Allegro Hotel
The hotel was in a great position just outside the old town.The rooms were a great size..very comfortable.The pool was a good size with plenty of lounges. The manager and staff were super friendly and really helpful.I loved it and would not hesitate in coming back!
Lovely hotel
We had such a lovely time at Allegro. The staff made our visit so special. I have to mention Nancy, Tappie and Andrew the manager all couldn’t do enough. We will be back for sure and definitely recommend this lovely hotel to friends.
Allegro Hoi An - You were amazing!
We had a family trip to Vietnam and we stayed at the Allegro Hoi An. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Hoi An to stay here. The venue is stunning, it's in a brilliant location - walking distance to anything you need, it has beautiful features, a fantastic pool area, the rooms are large and stunningly presented, and the service is exceptional. We were predominantly looked after by Sophie and Nancy who were always happy to see us and extremely accommodating but to be fair every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. I was running late from a cooking class but wanted to do lantern making so the team kindly offered me a later session with Anna to suit my needs. Anna was very patient, helpful and a real pleasure to learn from! The food and drinks were exceptional, my only feedback would be that they would sell a lot more drinks in the pool area if they were more proactive at servicing the area, especially in the evening. We often would have to go inside to order drinks, though it was no biggie. All in all I hope to go back again in the near future and when I do, I will definitely be staying here again ❤️
