Had a great experience staying at Bel Marina resort
This hotel was amazing . fantastic location. The rooms were beautiful. great breakfasts, drinks , massage. we really enjoyed the coffee making class with tri and tien. Lantern making by the pool was lots of fun. The staff were absolutely wonderful , especially Li from guest relations. i highly recommend staying here , we will definitely return
Great accommodation and location
The accommodation and location was great. The room was a good size and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The staff were attentive and friendly and the spa treatments were fabulous!
Good location
We stayed in room 311 for 2 nights. It was very clean and well appointed but had a strange layout with the bath in the middle of the room which could be screened off with a curtain. And the toilet and shower doors were opaque and offered no privacy!!
There are two swimming pools in the hotel which were lovely. The rooftop pool has fabulous views over the river and the city of Hoi An.
What I hadn't realised from looking at the reviews is that there is a separate wing of the hotel (which has the rooftop pool and bar on top), and if you are staying in this part of the hotel you have a separate breakfast restaurant which unfortunately feels like a really poor relation to the main one. It was definitely the worst breakfast experience of all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam for choice of food and ambience.
However, the position of this hotel is excellent - a short walk to the centre of Hoi An but far enough away to avoid the excessive street noise (especially at night time).
