The best resort we have ever experienced.
This is the finest resort we have ever experienced, and we have been to many. We had a one bedroom pool villa. It came with our own butler, Tin, who was wonderful, daily from 9 am to 6 pm. She helped organize shopping and dining in the town of Hoi An. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and we noticed the dining manager, who was constantly ensuring that the buffet was complete and perfect. Every detail throughout the hotel was constantly attended to. The beach itself is one of the finest anywhere. We have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels and resorts and this is the best.

Best Luxury experience in Hoi An
This such a wonderful luxury experience. The facilities and beach access are fantastic. The leisure with spa and gym are first class . The villas are gorgeous. The food options are first class too. However,what makes this hotel truly memorable are the lovely , friendly staff . The office team we interacted with ( Uyen Vo, Tuong,Uyen ,Dzung and Trang. B ) were all amazing. Take a bow . The concierge team of Khang and Linh handled all our requirements with aplomb .

A fantastic resort and experience.
Have just spent 5 nights at this superb resort with our two teenage sons. The resort itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed and would possibly be the finest Four Seasons I’ve had the privilege of staying at. Resort GM Marcel Oostenbrink and Resort Manager Joris Quintelier and their team do an excellent job. The renovated garden villas are lovely. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely a resort we look forward to returning in the future.

We had an amazing stay, could not recommend more highly. The resort was in outstanding condition, the renovated villas were terrific, the staff were exceptional, the food was fresh, had some of the best meals Vietnam at the resort. All in all, an amazing experience. Big thanks to Mario and the team for a great holiday .

Absolutely Outstanding
We loved this resort. The room was wonderfully set out and the outdoor shower was a great option. All the facilities were excellent from the Spa , Yoga , Padel and the gym. The main pool was very relaxing within a beautiful environment. The Indian restaurant was our favourite plus the street food night in the Vietnamese restaurant.
What really makes this resort stand out is the staff. Everyone we had contact with were excellent. Special mention to Tram in the Indian Restaurant for breakfast and dinner who was outstanding. This is by far the best Four Seasons we have visited.
