A beautiful and well-maintained hotel that is fun to stay at
We arrived as a family, we took a room with a view of the garden. We really liked the size of the room and the large, well-kept and beautiful spaces of the hotel. The staff treated us in a polite and pleasant manner and helped with any questions. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.
I will most definitely be back!
This hotel is perfectly positioned for Old Town and also the local shops. We walked everywhere! The rooms are really big, very clean and I found them pretty quiet. I cannot fault this hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, just like the photos. The service is amazing here, but I want to make a special shout out to Nguyen Quoc who was our waiter two nights in a row... he said he was only a trainee, but he was sooo good. Checked he had our orders correct, so friendly and helpful. Thank you :)
Wonderful stay with the friendly staff at the Historic Hotel Hoi An
We’ve been to Hoi An before and wanted to stay in a hotel close to the old town. We thought the Historic hotel looked great k so booked it. It’s actually way better than it looks online, we really loved our 5 nights there. Staff are so friendly and the rooms are fabulous. Highly recommended.
Excellent Staff and a Pleasant Stay
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Hoi An. While the property is a bit older and shows its age, it is well maintained and has a charming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and everything we needed was available.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Their exceptional service really made our stay memorable.
Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable place with outstanding hospitality and don’t mind that the hotel is a little dated, this is a great choice.
