Very good quality resort in Hoi An
Rooms and facilities at Koi Resort were excellent. It did rain quite a bit during my stay so I didn’t use them as much as I would have liked. Shuttle into the old town markets was fantastic as the resort is a bit out of the way. However I would stay again for sure. Photos are of the included transport around the resort, and the bridge connecting the resort to the main road. Nyla was fantastic and helpful on the guest services desk at reception too.

My friends bad experience

My friend had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. Their wedding rings went missing during their stay, which is an incredibly distressing situation, especially considering the sentimental value of such personal and meaningful items.
No one should have to worry about the safety of their belongings while staying at a hotel. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in the hotel, and we hope management takes this matter seriously and investigates what happened.
I strongly encourage future guests to take extra precautions with their valuables when staying here.
Relaxing and pleasant oasis
Lovely accommodation and beautiful complex, an oasis away from the bustle of the Ancient Town. Staff amazingly caring - all our needs were easily catered for. Very handy free shuttle several times a day to and from the Ancient Town. Gorgeous swimming pool, lovely restaurant, and plenty of pleasant garden space in which to relax. Will definitely be back.
Lovley stay
Sarah was very welcoming and friendly. The place and the rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. We had a nice stay for 2 days . We would recommend staying here.
