Amazing first stay in Hoi An
We were warmly welcomed with delicious cold tea, our bags taken to our room promptly upon check in which was very comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with tips and hints on what to see eat and do locally. Unfortunately it rained for most of our stay but the walk in to the old quarter shopping and markets is super convenient about 5-10mins walk with lots of cafes restaurants and sports bar options close by to relax in. We can’t thank the team enough for their generosity and hospitality.

Amazing hotel in a great location!
his is one of the best hotels in Hoi An! Convenient location, immaculate rooms, AC that work, great breakfast, exceptional staff! And Daisy is one of the finest front end managers I’ve ever met! Remembers everything, helps with your itinerary, and suggests wonderful activities! I am definitely staying here again when I come back! Oh, and use the bikes to ride around and explore!! Love this hotel!
Close to river with lantern glow at night, bars and restaurants a few blocks from market. Great great location!

Lovely hotel Great food Free rental bikes we used to go to the rice fields Great location Lovely pool area to Decorated the bed for partner’s birthday Helpful clean Friendly staff The only thing I could moan about which was a problem for us as we like two room keys and you only get one and if you leave the key in your room they walk with you with the master key to let you in
Best of stays in Hoi An
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and impressively spacious, giving me plenty of comfort throughout my visit. The staff were absolutely superb, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. A special highlight was the Vietnamese bamboo massage, which I can wholeheartedly recommend. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, it was a perfect stay from start to finish and I would happily return anytime.

Highly recommend
First time staying at Laluna and it was a lovely experience. The hotel staff were amazing and it’s situated in a fantastic location, close enough to walk around but far enough away from the noise. Would highly recommend staying when in Hoi An.
