Cosy Hoi An Stay
Cosy warm and relaxing hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Service was excellent, all housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were very courteous. View of paddy fields from infinity pool was soothing. Will stay here again when I come to Hoi An in future. Thank you.
Perfect hotel perfect staff
Perfect price perfect hotel. All in one; nice location, good breakfast, pool, gym, kids club, clean, nice staff. We love it. We extended our stay and we don't want to go any other in Ha noi. Many thanks.
Family holiday was great at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms nice a the breakfast was very good
We had a great stay rooms nice and big and comfortable beds. Pool was great with a nice view. Breakfast was lots of choices. Will return anytime back to this hotel. Free shuttle was very handy.

Super location, spacious rooms & tranquil
A spacious, clean and elegant hotel located overlooking the rice fields with an infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and come with toiletries, a safe, decent hairdryer, complimentary tea/coffee/water in each room, a sensible amount of storage and balcony. Laundry is offered for 120k VND per kg but we used the laundry around the corner from the hotel giving employment to a local guy. A Bang Beach is accessible through the rice fields using the free push bikes (although these could do with updating) or hiring a scooter for 150k a day. There are some nice restaurants to cycle to in the rice fields too and see water buffalo.
Town can be reached within 15 min on foot going out the back of the hotel or dialling a Grab for less than £1.
The breakfast offered breads/banh mi rolls, fresh spring rolls (which were fab), eggs, fruits, pastries, pho, cooked items, salads, juices etc as well as omelettes. Only filter coffee or tea is offered at breakfast - no cappuccino / lattes etc.
The Pool Bar offered 30% off between 4-6pm each day, although the prices were reasonable. We also had lunch here one day which, again, was decent food at a good price.
The Spa is a must at around 600 VND for a body massage so we had massages and I had my nails painted. The hotel can also arrange trips for you and have a Travel Desk in Reception.
Overall, the hotel is tranquil, never appeared to be super busy despite having a sensible level of guests and attracts clientele from around the World. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
