Fabulous hotel - highly recommended
Fabulous hotel. Tasteful, friendly and exceptional service - the best we’ve encountered on our 6 week trip so far. The staff here really stood out for learning and using our names, remembering and anticipating dietary preferences (no other hotel has done this) and just doing everything possible to be helpful without being at all pushy.
We had 2 separate bookings and moved room after the first day. It was seamless - we were sorted by 9am into a beautiful 3rd floor room with an amazing view.
Yes, there’s some street noise but it quietens right down after 10ish - we slept well and the view more than compensated.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with some incredible salad options.
Don’t hesitate to stay here - the location is absolutely wonderful. You’re just by the heart of it all and can walk everywhere.

Excellent location - tranquil and beautiful
Excellent location on the island a short walk to the old city, night market, cafes and restaurants. The pool is refreshingly cool, and the balcony is a lovely place to sit chat with the staff and watch the world go. Complimentary bikes are a great way to get around. All the staff are friendly but Kate was AMAZING 🤩 Highly recommend this hotel 🇻🇳🇦🇺

Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful stay at Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, a great location, and the team made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Kate, Kayle and Cherry at reception, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Especially Kate, she gave me lots of helpful information and she is very friendly. They were always happy to assist and made everything feel easy and comfortable.
We’d also like to give a big thank you to Anna from the hotel restaurant. She was so kattentive, and made our breakfast experiences even more enjoyable.
The excellent service from the staff really made our stay memorable. We would happily recommend Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An and would love to come back again! ❤️

Relaxing place to stay in Hoi An
We had a wonderful one-night stay at Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel, making it easy to relax after exploring Hoi An.
A special thanks to Kate and Rose, who were both very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made our experience even better.
The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and filling, and we enjoyed having a relaxing massage at the hotel as well.
Overall, a lovely place to stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Hoi An.
