Perfect stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from beginning to end. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and well organized. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. They even helped me book tickets for a local show and assisted me with my luggage, which I really appreciated.
The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed in a traditional Vietnamese style. The entire hotel has a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive.
The restaurant at the hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend trying it. I also loved the beautiful garden, colorful lanterns, and peaceful surroundings. Walking around the hotel always felt calm and relaxing.
Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.
Lizards in room! Horrible experience. Never again
Very bad experience. Rooms were unhygienic, washroom, commode very dirty. There were 2 lizards in the room! Trying to get into luggage and bed - Full horror story.! Bad food, unfriendly staff who kept on saying lizards or geckos are harmless. And did not help at all. Harmless my foot. I am dead scared of them. Coukdnt slee for 2 days. Basic hygiene not maintained. Food was below average. Overall pathetic stay

Amazing hotel and staff, we have visited twice now and it keeps getting better.
Great family hotel
Great service, staff were all very helpful and able to help with lots of information. Location is perfect, short walk to the old town and night market. We love riding the bicycle provided by the hotel to go around the town. Hotel has a nice spa and restaurant, food selection is great.
