A 5 Star Experience
An amazing resort with exceptional service. The facilities and ammenities are excellent and all the finer details are so thoughtful. The staff go above and beyond to provide guests with a warm, friendly and accommodating experience. It is reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend to stay here!

Good experience at Silk Sense Hoi An
Had stayed here a few times and the experience were great everytime. The staff closely serve us. Even the restaurant manager, Ms. Thuy, remembers our name and our favorite foods.
Relaxing place with great staff
Service is great - staff is excellent. They have also curated few local activities that can be done during you stay. All amenities are great. They are also focused on sustainability which I really liked.
Exceptional stay at Silk Sense River Resort Hoi An
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Silk Sense. The resort has a beautiful tropical eco-friendly atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and connected with nature. The property is very well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a comfortable getaway.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — always warm, professional, and eager to help. A special mention to the Front Office Manager, Sen, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Sen provided valuable local information, arranged transportation seamlessly, and ensured we were comfortable at all times. Her hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out.
The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had every facility we needed for a comfortable stay. The dining facilities were excellent with a great variety of food options, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area as well. The bar also had a very good selection of drinks and created a lovely atmosphere to unwind in the evenings.
Overall, Silk Sense exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyo
