Exceptional staff and service, great value for a nice retreat
The hotel is located near the beach and just a 15min to the Oldtown. The hotel itself is designed in a rustically beautiful Vietnamese style. We were warmly greeted and welcomed when we arrived, everyone was friendly and more importantly helpful with their guests. Service overall is even better than in some 5-star-hotels. Our room was always clean. Outside there is a big pool with a nice bar. We also enjoyed the Garden Spa very much, definitely would recommend. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Next time we come to Hoi An we would definitely choose to stay at Wyndham Garden again.
Highly recommend the Wyndham Garden hotel
I had a very nice experience in the hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are so comfortable so is the bed. Room decoration is very nice the bathroom has a tub as well. I also enjoyed the spa, and slept like a baby after. It was amazing to just relax by the pool. It’s so calm there away from the busy center. They offer shuttle 3 times per day to the old city. Also, the breakfast is incredible. Improvement for me would be the restaurant, tried some dishes but did not really like it. I think it would be the point to develop in my opinion. The rest was all really great.

It was a classical hotel with spacious room and comfortable King-sized bed. Breakfast near the swimming pool was great also.
