Beautiful place and amazing staff Great position
Fantastic location with beach , room of a fantastic size beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean. The whole Resort staff friendly kind and caring and accommodated for all our needs. We had big group of 26 girls but 14 of us stayed there and they were of greatest assistance for our needs
Exceptional Stay at The Bandha Hotel & Suites! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bandha Suites Legian! The location is second to none—having the beach right across the road made taking sunset strolls and enjoying the ocean breeze completely effortless. We stayed in a Lagoon Access Room, which was an total highlight. Being able to step right off our private veranda straight into the crystal-clear pool was sheer luxury. The room itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Special mention has to go to the sleeping arrangements: the beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were honestly amazing—we slept soundly every single night! Breakfast each morning was outstanding, featuring an incredible variety with pretty much everything you could possibly ask for to start your day right. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the team. The staff were beyond amazing—so warm, genuine, and friendly from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
I recently stayed in the Royal Suite, and unfortunately, for 7.3 million rupiah per night, I don’t feel it represented good value for money. The suite simply didn’t live up to the expectations created by the photos and description.
The Royal Suite is actually a beautiful suite with enormous potential, but it needs some upgrades to fulfil the expectations of guests paying for the resort’s premier accommodation. The fridge was only a small minibar fridge, which is impractical for a longer stay. There was no hair dryer, and the room didn’t include a coffee machine until I specifically requested one. There was also water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor during my stay, which was disappointing for a suite at this price point.
The outdoor areas also need attention. The wooden walkway across the private pool was visibly deteriorating, unlike the pristine condition shown in the website photos. The outdoor day bed had to be replaced during our stay because it was wet, mouldy, dirty, and looked completely different from the one advertised online. These details make a significant difference when guests are paying for the resort’s most premium accommodation.
The in-room technology also fell short. The Google speaker didn’t work properly, and honestly, a simple Bluetooth speaker would have been a much better and more reliable option.
Dining was another letdown. The room service menu was well below what I’d expect from a five-star resort, and there were only around six cocktails available to order. For guests paying for the most expensive suite in the resort, I expected a much broader and higher-quality food and beverage offering.
The biggest positive of my stay was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to help. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a fantastic atmosphere. The service from the team is what made the stay enjoyable despite the shortcomings.
However, I believe the General Manager and Operations Manager need to seriously address these issues. The Royal Suite should be the flagship accommodation of the resort, and with a few thoughtful upgrades and better attention to maintenance, it could truly justify its premium price. If these issues aren’t addressed, I think many guests will leave feeling disappointed and may choose not to return.
I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because this is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff. The Royal Suite has everything it needs to be exceptional—it simply needs some investment and attention to detail to deliver the five-star experience that guests are paying for. At its current price, it falls well short of the standard I expected.
Always consistent the food the staff the premises. Great location front to beach and back to shopping
